As part of the Art for a Cause initiative, a desk repair activity was carried out at SGN School, Santpura, Yamunanagar. The activity was undertaken to improve the learning environment and provide students with safe and usable classroom furniture.
Rtn. Gagandeep Aggarwal generously contributed plywood required for the repair work. Using the provided material, 35 school desks were repaired and restored, helping ensure that students have better and more comfortable furniture for their daily classroom activities.
The initiative benefited approximately 70 students and demonstrated Rotary's commitment to supporting educational institutions and improving basic infrastructure for students. The contribution of materials and the coordinated efforts of the Rotary members helped make the activity impactful while addressing an important need of the school.
